Our furnace has been broken for days. Of course, not having heat is less important in SF than DC. Plus, I'm mostly bedridden this weekend so it's no problem staying warm.
I'm very glad for the internets so now I don't have to watch the Super Bowl for the ads.
Just finished watching the tennis about 30 minutes ago. Thank goodness I added on lots of extra time for my recording.
The tennis was the greatest sporting event? But the final set was such a letdown! I think the semi finals were more enjoyable, both of them.

Oh noes ita! We're watching it right now and enjoying it muchly. Ah well. I have zero interest in the Super Bowl, so unless my BiL comes by I doubt we'll be watching it.

Oh, there's definitely a lot of good tennis in it, but it wasn't consistent enough for me.
I can't believe the Cardinals are in the Super Bowl. I hope they win, not because I have any hometown pride, but because it would be a big upset.
I have no dog in this fight, but after reading about the legacy of the Terrible Towel [link] I have a soft spot for the Steelers.
The Steelers will win 30-17. It shouldn't be close.
And I'm rooting for the Steelers, because my college roommate is from the 'Burgh and he and his son are huge fans.
