Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Lori's posts made me laugh, although I feel the need to send out a personal PSA:

WARNING: Being a human climbing structure may be fun now, but it will be less fun in a year or so. And will continue on for at least a year after that point.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

DH brought sushi home for dinner and I made a cherry pie.

I was just trying to decide if I wanted to stop for sushi on the way home, or maybe just order Chinese food.

Or longer. If I'm sitting on the floor, Owen can leap directly into a sitting position on my shoulders. I'm considering shipping him off to the Beijing Acrobats.

The pan-Asian restaurant down the road actually does deliver sushi.

It kind of scares me though.

A couple of friends adopted a little girl from a part of China known for producing acrobats. She's fearless and does more than her share of leaping off of tall things and into/onto people. Ooops?

Ha!

When in doubt, skip the sashimi.

I did the Pioneer Woman's pie crust using butter flavored Crisco. It might be gilding the lily but oh, so worth it.
