And God love January Jones, she can clean up great, but the girl always has had issues dressing herself.
To tout his accomplishments in that area, he brought to the dais with him a dozen Illinois residents whom he said he had helped get health care.
So, yeah, pretty much what I said up there.
(And two of the first twenty comments are complaining about this being "at taxpayer expense." Sigh.)
I read recently (somewhere) that the First Family is responsible for their own groceries. So, basically, "no, there is no expense to the tax payer."
That's unless, of course, she cranks the heat like so very many old people do.

There's a picture in musesfool's LJ (I didn't want to link to it) that makes her look very tired and too thin.
I forgot about the new motherhood though, and it makes more sense now.
K had a bunch of pics up last night. She looked pretty good in most of them, and is carrying more weight than she was pre-baby, so she looks more like she did at the top of her form (which I maintain was S1 DA).
Except for the PJs part, I was impressed.
(Ackles, meanwhile, looked like he got attacked by an industrial spray bottle of ManTan.)
