Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

The status is NOT quo.

I saw it and enjoyed it; I think it has promise. It didn't grab me as utterly as the pilot of Leverage did, but I'll definitely watch it next week again.

Btw, I've been thinking about the mixed reactions some had to Leverage who didn't see the pilot first, and I do think that I might have felt the same if I didn't get the backstory. I absolutely adore that show, in part because of the way it all started and the character relationships began. Fwiw.

Did we miss Lie to Me?

I liked it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I thought it was okay. It didn't pop for me, but I'll check out another ep since I love Tim Roth and the premise.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Burrell must have gotten very jiggled.

Oddly enough, I didn't. We were up at the local yogurt shop getting dessert. Maybe I mistook it for a wiggly, sugared-up child.

Now tagless for your comfort.

My craft attempts continue. Olivia models my very first attempt at a hat.

I hope I can find Lie to Me on demand--we forgot to set the DVR. I'm figuring it will be replayed over the weekend.

Hope LAistas aren't too shook up.

Apparently I'm the only one what got shook. It felt really weird. I don't usually hear it from upstairs. I wonder what fell.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

How come I can never remember that going to bed at 8:30 or 9:00 just never actually works for me?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

We went to bed at 10:15 and slept until 8:15, great glorious day. I don't remember mac ever sleeping that late. Now we're off to karate/gym.
