Wayne is super duper awesome.
I told mac's therapist that I was listening to Wayne and Deepok. She was going down this path of wanting to talk about me and my social life and relationships. I think she wants me in my own therapy. KABOSH lady. I laid out a three part argument of why that's just not in the cards. 1) I have neither the time nor the money to do that. 2) For the most part I am happy being single, my frustrations are centered around other things. 3) What I do find myself wanting most of the time is alone time, so I can work on that.
This weekend I am garden-planning, going to the grocery store, and working 1-10 Sunday. Tonight I just spontaneously invited 8 neighbors (2 families) for pizza and Pixar. Gulp.
Casper has just had a huge foot growth spurt, and now has 1 fitting pair of shoes. Sigh. I am trying to balance the cost/quality/soon issue of getting her some new shoes. Shall I try to find chichi thrift stores in my town, or plump for $30 Keens on ebay?
This weekend I plan to recover from the cold that has settled in my nose. By Monday I hope to have my sense of smell back.

I know mac is older, but we have just been buying Payless shoes for him and I'm happy with them.
weekend is therapy and diner tonight. Karate then a playdate at our house on Sat. Church then grocery shopping on Sunday. Somewhere in there maybe some cooking and packing up a cart to the thrift store.
I've got to start organizing my papers and other shit this weekend. AND see at least one but I hope two movies. And sleep in! And some yoga. And maybe, if it's warm enough, go for a ride tomorrow. Tonight is sit on the couch and eat leftover pizza though. YAY!
