One of my coworkers I don't know well has a birthday tomorrow, and it turns out she's turning 35. I came *this close* to making a huge gaffe and assuming she was joking and is actually older, phew. I had put her in her early 40s - I'd have guessed 42 - partly I guess because she's got a 15 year old son. But she's younger than me. Near miss, dudes.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

It would be so wonderful to live in Titty Ho, UK:

Do you suppose there are signs on the motorways announcing "You are now entering Titty Ho"?

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

East Coasters--is today being less stupid than yesterday was, so far?

Yesterday was really stupid.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have already gotten stuff done today! Or, at least, started the process of getting stuff done. I call that a win so far.

YAY Jesse!

I... haven't gotten any more emails suggesting that the person who is supposed to do such things didn't renew one of our biggest database contracts!

So, what are people doing this weekend?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I have people asking me questins that I cannot figure out answers for. Worse, I know I should have these answers.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

East Coasters--is today being less stupid than yesterday was, so far?

I have a meeting in 5 minutes that will determine this for me.

So far our time keeping and sharepoint sites have had significant problems, so it's been a stupid day for people near me.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I need to call Unemployment, so I'd better get on it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have got to do errands and cleaning and stuff that I've been neglecting for the past couple of weekends. And also, I'm still trying to sleep this cold away, and it's still not working. Bah!
