Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

catching up ....

the whole MJ thing is making me almost glad I don't have TV these days (once I get my F2F bills paid off, I'm getting cable ... sigh). But I'm finding that I have trouble tracking which day of the week it is without my daily TV shows - oh dear.

and ...

DINAO: Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Karl Rove

I'd say chuck them all and take a vow of celibacy. ick

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Awesome!

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

As far as "nothing wrong with their Daddy" there were pretty constant critiques of him as a freak well before and after anyone alleged anything illegal. He was a fag, he spoke like a woman, he was trying to be white, he tried to buy the elephant man's bones, his children aren't his children, he and his sister are the same person, and on and on and on.

I remember in 1984 or so, when I was three years old, telling people that Michael Jackson sleeps in a tank. I'm not sure where I heard it or what I thought it meant, but it was a prevalent-enough attitude that nursery school kids were aware of it.

Yes, he slept in an oxygen chamber or something, as I recall.

My kid learned to ride her bike!

That's great!

We still can't get the training wheels off Leif's bike. We can't get him to stop leaning when he rides. Emaryn will be getting a geared bicycle for her birthday.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Go, Sara!

Saw the space station last night! Managed to get Hubby out onto the porch before it disappeared. That thing was hauling ass across the sky.
