The first time my old cat Senor Sock saw a candle, he immediately stuck his nose up to it. Then he jerked his head back, but he wasn't burned, as he walked around to the other side of the candle and tried it again....

No kidding. Bird tv is enhanced by the fact that chickadees are nesting in an old vent to the right of the window. So it isn't just the mocking starlings hanging on the wires, it's the dedicated parents.

Yay! We just saw the International Space Station fly over again! Plus, The Boy saw something trailing after it, which is ALSO space stuff: Progress 33, a Russian supply ship, that's going to test an automated docking system with the space station on July 12.
(I did not see Progress 33, but it could be because I was busy meeting our new neighbors.)
