I like his warm up outfit. It has a Michael Jackson feel to it which is kinda weird, though.
I wonder how much control they exercise over what they wear--Nike had Serena and Sharapova looking a bit like drum majorettes too, and with the same gold highlights. Just not the silly shoes.
After the match ended,
Nike and Netjets bust out their Congrats on 15! ads. The Nike one made me tear up.
A really great match, that was. I love tennis. I can't wait for the US Open and to see both those guys again, especially.
Seeing Shrek with 3 kids and family.
We did catch a bit of that 5th set while we were eating lunch. Am very excited for the open this year.
I'm watching "My Big Fat Fabulous Wedding," about the wedding of Dina from Real Housewives NJ, and beyond how insane this wedding is, it's creepy how strong the genetics in her husband's family are. He was never on the RH show, but Caroline and Al's one son looks just like him.
Am watching Wimbledon. Why won't John McEnroe SHUT UP SHUT UP SHUT UP?!
I know! I'd watch with mute but without the sound of ball hitting racket it's just wrong.
He's driving me crazy! The only consolation I have is that at least Mary Carillo isn't there talking about BIG BABE TENNIS.
"Heroics for Beginners" by John Moore
I adore John Moore and have read all his books. (All five. *sigh* He claims there won't be any more.)
sumi's reaction to the game was mine as well. So much fun to watch.
Hi all, we're back from the festivities. I may need a few days to recover. The kids have been sleeping since we got off the ferry.
Just got back from lunch at, um, Hooters. The DH and our visiting BiL have been out in the hot sun all day chopping down and chipping the fugly orange tree in the back corner of the yard to make room for a raised-bed veggie garden. They were craving wings, plus we had been meaning to go to Hooters as part of my quest to eat once at every cheesy restaurant chain in America, so off we went.
The food was okay, but it was EXACTLY as I thought it would be, which is no compliment.
