See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Jesse, I was just thinking about St. John the Divine! Matilda has a plaster replica of a rabbit wall carving from one of the little niches/shrines on the wall over her crib.

Kat - yes, Gaudi's massive "cathedral" in Barcelona.

No power tools are used in its construction; entirely hand-done. A lot of work was un-done by Franco and his men.

We spent 3 days in Barcelona (the ex and I; he's Spanish/Venezuelan) just to look at the Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, La Padrera (or Casa Mila, though no-one calls it that anymore), and Casa Batllo (which has people living in it, besides being a museum).

I so want to go back every 5 or 10 years and track the progress on the Sagrada Familia. This devout OBOD Bard will be attending both Easter and Christmas masses there, once each, after completion.

It'll be a thing.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I think I'm the only one still here at work.

Happy birthday, Frank--I hope you find the sun in Maine, but I read over at Americablog that it's in hiding up there, too.

Oh honey, the mentally unwell people have been in the fanbase since Game Changers was Stucky fanfiction on the internet. The calls have been coming from inside the house the whole time!

Happy Birthday Frank!

We went to Park Güell when I was in Barcelona. I remember it as being awesome in the truest sense of the word. I didn't know anything about Gaudi and I just marvelled at the whole thing.

Park Guell was very pretty - and almost too big (covered too much ground) to be easily appreciated. I just sort of spun slowly in place, looking around. Alfredo was highly amused.

I want to live in Casa Batllo! The windows...the doors...everything is so different and interesting!

Art Crawl!!!

Dana, I think that sucks. Not just because it seems crazy but it also seems like Dinara feels a bit like an imposter. Is she better on hard courts ?

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I haven't paid much attention to her, but the match today was clearly nuts. Was it Sharapova who got beat down almost that badly in the French?
