Thanks for the birthday wishes. I have the day off (I always try to take my b-day off). I'm supposed to be driving up to Maine today for the 4th, but the weather here is killing any and all motivation. The chilly gloom has finally gotten to me.
I mean, yeah, on the one hand, I'm kinda psyched I haven't even had to break out a fan yet, let alone one of the AC units. On the very large other, I saw more sunshine in two days I was in Seattle than I have in the two weeks since I got back. That ain't right. And right now it is pissing rain with thunder (so a taking a shower isn't a very good idea), and it's so dark it feels like it's just after sunset. DO. NOT. WANT.
