Amy re: Shane -- Why didn’t he of all people grab a pool cue? He’s played pool there lots of times. The rack was a few feet away – he could have gotten there without ever taking his eyes off of Wakefield.

Re: weapons Oh, good point. I forgot about Cal being shot. If Wakefield was the shooter – and he was unless Jimmy or some undead person is the second killer – then he did use a gun. Which means that he only uses guns from long distances? He doesn’t take the rifle into the bar because he’s such a fair fight kinda guy? I’m hoping there’s a good explanation, other than that the writers didn’t think it through.

Yea, unless the finale totally sucks, this has been a fun ride and I would sign up again for another.

I'm not bothered by Wakefield using or not using guns. He's all about the effect he has on his victims and on the survivors, so it makes sens to me that he's shoot from a hidden position when it suits him but carry a big ass knife into the bar. The way he just stands there when people are shooting at him is a little eerie, like he's got a force field or something, but then they all do miss, so maybe he mnows something we don't know.

I would love it if someone who is dead turns out not to be dead, but I can't think of anyone who it could be. There were autopsies on the early bodies, and a lot of 'em had pieces missing and whatnot. Which would just make it more awesome if they pulled it off, somehow.

In short, yes, people in horror movies are always this dumb. Otherwise, no movie!

just had a burst of energy and a flurry of activity. I had ordered a wooden catbox enclosure/table thingy. I think he came 2 weeks ago and some of the holes drilled for assembly were made wrong, so I need to ship it back. Just got it packed back up - will take tomorrow or call for a pick-up.

then I went searching fore CD jewel cases for the CDs I am selling. I have found enough for all but 9 of them. I think I may have more that my holiday CDs are in - that would let me pack those up and that's be another box to get gone tomorrow. Maybe I should see what else I can mail out of my house tomorrow and make a giant PO/FedEx run.

The trash compactor in my complex is on the absolute opposite side of the community. It is crazy. To the point where if I have more than a medium size bag to go out, I end up driving my garbage over. Pathetic.

Today, I drove over 3 big bags and 2 boxes of junk. The car was FULL. Luckily I had the top down, so it wasn't too bad. I'd ask how the two of us can make so much garbage, but I've been going through boxes and such, so there has been extra trash. Still, crazy.
