I'm hooked by the Science Channel today--they're having a "The Planets" marathon, and I've been enjoying lots o' astronomy. The current ep is about the Voyager missions. The moon ep was fun; they were interviewing various people involved with the Apollo missions, and I was able to see the real Harrison Schmidt and Farouk Al-Baz, who were both rather prominent characters in their eps of From the Earth to the Moon. The actor who played Al-Baz nailed his vocal delivery, from what I heard on the tv today.

I am watching hours upon hours of HGTV for the first time, more or less, since we bought our house and there is a trainwreck of a show on right now, called "Buy Me" which is chronicling this horrible situation with lost jobs, 5 people living in a 2 bedroom, and just crazy family dynamics. OMG. I feel bad for the realtors here.
