How many bands did Delaware get? Doesn't it seem like there were a bunch? How come they get to bogart the parade?

Only three that I saw - UofD, Del State, and my Tigers. Don't be a hater, quester! I think this is the third inaugural parade for my HS band, and they've been in the Rose Parade several times. They rock.
