I have egregious insomnia. Like, without sleep aids I only get a couple hours a night. For some reason last night I was beset with a need to know what the word catafalque meant. But now that I do, I can't work out where I ever heard it, never mind why it came into my mind in the wee hours of the night. I call some sort of dark possession.

I have been up since 2 am (now 8 am here) because I woke up with back pain and had accidentally left my advil at work. So I left my house at 5:20, got here early, and have taken advil. Now to wait for it to kick in all the way.
