SC gov was in Argentina?!?! weirder and weirder.

WTF? You know taking off for a break, not that big a deal. Not taking along security, Okay, his choice I suppose. Apparently not telling the guy who is supposedly in charge while you're gone, not real responsible sounding. Not telling your wife and kids, weird but it sounds like his wife is cool with it, that's between them. On father's day, that's a little jerkish. The story changing all the time, that sounds pretty suspicious if it it turns out not to be anything weird.

But jeez, if this isn't anything weird, why not just tell everyone you're taking a vacation and avoid all the publicity?

Exactly!! Totally irresponsible, at the least.

ION, I ordered two bras online and I think they both might fit. It's a MIRACLE!

Hee. I like that cover.

I like the cover too, but it is a little freaky blown up on a 37" display. The eyes really do look like they follow you.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Well, at least it wasn't Thailand for sex with young girls.

But geeze yeah -- while a governor doesn't have to worry about nuclear codes, there can still be state emergencies where gubernatorial decisions and authorizing need to be done pronto.

the lt. gov on NPR yesterday mentioned a prison riot as an example of an event that would need the governor's immediate attention.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Why would he tell a lie that could obviously be checked out? International travel? The use of passports and such?

Now it stinks to high heaven and the guy has some explaining to do.

Christopher and I have been married for 15 years today. Damn, that's a long time. Our marriage is nearly old enough to drive.
