Was it just to see him die?
t /Johnny Cash
Were you the one tracking me and my family?? I don't remember seeing the guy, so maybe it wasn't a guy after all! Did you take a shower in my grandmother's apartment in your dream??
I dreamt I killed a man. Shot him to death. Kinda weird.
I'm a little disappointed you didn't use your pinkie.
Harper’s Island – 3 episodes left. I have been pleasantly surprised by the show. Some interesting twists and turns. Although if the only killer here is John Wakefield I shall be disappointed, at least based on what I have seen so far. What’s his reason for killing so many people around Abby and the sheriff if that is what is motivating him?
Initially, I had thought that there were two killers, working together, and Wakefield was just a red herring. Because that’s a lot of activity for one person to pull off, even if he/she is aware of the tunnels. The killer or killers has to have known about the tunnels.
I’ve considered whether one of the “dead” really isn’t. This is in keeping with the “The Little Indians” theme. The “dead” person is then free to move around the island, provided that he or she is not spotted by anyone else in the wedding party. If this is what is going on, then likely it’s Booth - he may have set things up so that Malcolm thought Booth bled to death when he really didn’t. Same theory could apply to Beth - she looked dead but no one pulled her out to see – but she really did seem to be cut up. Besides, this is pretty late in the game for her to fake being dead.
I also thought Maggie, the wedding planner, could be the inside person. She has freedom of movement and no one really focused on her. Assuming that she is really dead – I think so but no one actually checked it out – then that theory is no good.
I have also considered Cal –at the last minute, he convinced Beth, Sully and Danny to leave the boat and return to the Inn. He also was pretty wishy washy about the sheriff’s ability to walk. I mean, the man needed to be helped every where – it was very unlikely he left the inn on his own. But him getting shot seems to remove him from the suspect list.
Jimmy is also a possibility. Well, everyone is.
I have also considered whether Henry is involved. The Wellingtons have gotten killed off at quite a clip, which suggests a motive unrelated to the Wakefield stuff. If he does marry Trish now, she is a whole lot richer. Or were the Wellingtons killed because they were all doing terrible things – Thomas tried to break up his daughter’s wedding by paying her ex-boyfriend to crash the party; Hunter, the ex—boyfriend, took money to do this; Richard was cheating on his wife with his father-in-law’s trophy wife; Catherine was cheating on her husband.
So, it’s Henry. Unless it’s Jimmy. Unless it’s Nikki. Or Sully. Or Booth.
The only two I’ve eliminated are Abby and Madison. And now, I’m not even sure about that.
Hope the rest of the episode have a great pay-off to this. ***
Hopefully, edited better to keep the spoilers ... spoiled.
Well, I was going to go do some research today, but there was no air conditioning in the building, and my office has no windows, so it was way too hot and stuffy to do anything. So instead, I got some banking stuff done and then went grocery shopping. Trader Joe's on weekends is a zoo.
Also, I really need to learn to actually make lists when I go grocery shopping. I keep buying jars of sundried tomatoes because I keep forgetting that I already have some, and then I don't buy things that I actually do need because I forget that I need them. And then I end up buying things and I have no idea why, like parsnips last week.
Narrator, I saw your *** at the end there. Did you want to whitefont more of that?
Amy -- Thanks. No, I just wanted to show that there was an end to the whitefont. (Sheesh, I am wordy today.) If there is a better way I should be doing that, please let me know.
But ... it's not whitefonted, except for the first paragraph, is the thing.
You need to use the s quickedit at the beginning of each paragraph.
I am sorry, it's showing as all whitefonted on my computer.
I'll take a shot at fixing that.
Added -- Did that work?
