Re: Pushing Daisies:
I think, too, they might have worked the Ned and his vague feelings of jealousy over Olive and Randy had they had another season. It would have been interesting to see if what he felt was jealousy over losing Olive's devotion, over Olive herself, or over the fact that Olive and Randy could have a "normal" relationship.
Frankenbuddha, I know. It just made me realize how much more story Pushing Daisies had to tell and how depressing its cancellation was.
Barb, maybe they will deal with that in the comic book continuation of it?
Barb, that's definitely true too. I have to say that I'll miss Olive the most. Of all the characters, she had the most joy.
CaBil, is there going to be a comic book continuation?
Umm, yeah. I figured it was old news by now. Written by the creators and everything. Give me a minute to find some links.

Oh, I agree 100%. And it kills me that it was such an unlikely hit for a while, and then the writer's strike happened.
Here it is
Mostly comic related
Info about how things wrapped up
Short version: 12 issues from DC in the fall, telling the story of what would have been the final 9 episodes of season 2.
I guess you could consider some of the info in there spoilers, but only in the most general way.
