Oh, but at least I'm not too late to wave at Hil. And wish her a good night's sleep regardless of my selfish wishes to post with her.

Well, it's already nearly morning here.
I'm up but imminently to be down, with the assistance of some heavy-duty allergy meds I just took to cope with all the dust the housecleaning has been kicking up. Must remember to set the alarm before I collapse, or I'll never get up.
Sadly, too tired to say anything coherent, much. Except that I just remembered that in all the housecleaning I stumbled on a lovely little vintage book on numbers for children that I'd found at a library book sale years ago and picked up for you, then never sent. Are you still at the same address as a couple of years ago? I may even be able to send it later this morning!
(Birthday wishes are pending until the wishees are actually awake to receive and revel in them.)
(Bleah. I made way too many typos writing this post. Meds are kicking in. Bedtime.)
Happy Birthday, askye!

Rose goes in the front, big guy.
Oh, JZ, that's so sweet of you! Yes, I'm still at the same address, and I think you're great!
I just told Shir about that little avatar which was sent world-wide for the first F2F, remember? She said that she and omnis (IIRC) were trying to find a way for her to participate in the current F2F via web-cam, and I was charmed by the differences in technology a few years managed to bring over b.org worldwide.
Hil, good morning! Or, rather, timelies!
[Edited to wave at Barb and wonder how she's doing.]
Buffista-cam!
Happy birthday, askye!

I'm doing pretty good, actually. Finally got to the root of what's been making me feel so miserable (darned iron deficiency) and am taking steps to fix that. Hopefully, from there, all else starts to feel/look better. Plus, it's summer! No more school for the rugrats! No more homework to deal with! YAY!
In my experience, and from the problems of people close to me, anemia is a 'frog in hot water' problem in that it makes you generally miserable in many amazingly subtle ways.
Kat, I totally agree it felt rushed. But I don't think they had any choice unless they'd just left it hanging with the sisters finding out Chuck was alive - clearly what would have been the SEASON finale rather than series. As someone else pointed out, it was nice that they flashed through places we'd seen before AND that they closed on Digby.
