I tried out the iPod shuffle thing:
The Sword Of Damocles - Rocky Horror Picture Show
Orange Crush - R.E.M.
Walk On - U2
Slow Hand - Pointer Sisters
I Don't Wanna talk About It - Indigo Girls
My iPod is trying to act cooler than it really is. It's hidden "Born To Be Alive", acting like it's never even heard of the Backstreet Boys, and it swears it's lost all the Wham! I put on it. I've told it to find my dork anthems or I'm naming it Steve Urkel.
Sigh.
Okay folks, I need a currentish pop song to choreograph for cheerleading. Suggestions welcome!
(Also, apparently the door is now open for even more scorn and ridicule).
Check out anything from the High School Musical soundtracks, Kat. Owen's class did We're All in This Together and it was sort of cute.
Other than that, I got nothing. Not even mocking.

More current than "Hey Ya!" I guess?
I can imagine group choreography for I Don't Care [link]

What kind of tempo, Kat?
And y'know, you can download the Glee version of Rehab, which is hilariously upbeat and peppy...
not sure that a highschool group would use hsm stuff. black eyed peas: boom boom pow - beyonce: single ladies - britney: womanizer
black eyed peas: boom boom pow
Currently #1 on the Billboard Top 100.
Lady Gaga's "Poker Face" is #2.
Maybe Kelly Clarkson's "I Don't Hook Up"?
Probably no on HSM. Boom Boom Pow is good! Doesn't match the 64 counts of choreography I already have but that's okay.
I thought about single ladies, but that's a rough one since the choreography to single ladies is so well known already.
