Spike: We got a history, him and me. Fred: What? Spike: It was a long time ago. He was a young Watcher, fresh out of the academy when we crossed paths. It was a, what-you-call battle of wills and blood was spilled. Vendettas were sworn. It was a whole-- Fred: My God you're so full of crap. Spike: Yeah. Okay.

“Not dead yet!”

Raccoons are clever little creatures, really curious and would happily move into your home and raid the fridge and take over.

So they're like college boys.

EXACTLY! They even have noisy sex that disturbs the neighbors! (Though at dad's place, it was the skunks under the master bath that did that. Skunk sex is smelly.)

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

my question is, can they jump?

Yes. See clever.

eta: I think of raccoons as cats with thumbs but even smarter. And feral and ruthless.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Also, cor-SET is WRONG.

This video is probably adorable to everyone on earth but Sarameg: [link]

Nah, that's adorable to me too! I napped in an old landing strip and woke up to a bambi curled up not 10 feet from me. Mom came back and spotted that I was awake and moved her kid. Amazing that a bambi came inside!

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Met some friends(including one visiting from out of state) for dinner. Mmm, Mongolian barbecue...

Hee. I took Loki out on the porch and the boys two doors down engaged me (one just visiting.) I took him over to meet them. LS (the neighbor) probably will think me a crazy cat lady, but I love engaging the kids. Even if it is way past their bedtime in my world. ANYWAY. They told me all about their cats And Loki was an awesome spokeskat. I am seriously considering a halter for him. He likes the outside and new people so much. I thought he might leave with the blind guy today. And Mister Kitty is my people slut before. Loki is now.
