But the way K described Krav made me too afraid to ever try. Crab crawling! ARGH!
You were a gymnast! Surely they work hard.

Also, SuziQ, so sorry about your mom.
msbelle, smooth sailing to you and mac. Hope things calm down as much as possible.

K played college level hockey and tried out for the olympics. Surely the work hard too.
Crab crawling! ARGH!
Crab crawling is a good time to suddenly realize you have to go to the bathroom. Very easy to slip out for two minutes. [ETA: Also good for the "wheelbarrow" races.]

Yeah, but she's not afraid of it! I wasn't impugning her toughness (at all), just wondering that krav traingin would be on a different order of difficulty from competitive gymnastic training.
Much ~ma to msbelle.
Also, gronk. Got home from the doctor's a couple of hours ago and promptly fell asleep. Stupid blood draw. At least Lewis fed me before I face-planted.
Diagnosis is straight up iron deficiency anemia. So now I get to try taking an iron supplement with a chaser of vitamin C daily. The real fun will be in seeing if I can tolerate it. The iron is going to be in liquid form first. If that doesn't work, then we'll try pills. If that doesn't work, then we'll do the one shot iron IV which is easier, because it's once, but it's a) a six hour procedure and b) carries some risk.
Let's hope I can tolerate the liquid form.
Good luck with the iron absorption, Barb.
Birthday happies for Dana and Ellie!
Lots of iron ~ma.
I am Iron~ma.
(sorry)

It's what I was thinking.
