We killed a homeless man on this bench. Me and Dru. Those were good times. You know, he begged for mercy, and you know, that only made her bite harder.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ugh, I'm sorry to hear that, ita.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I had to give up on donating platelets and switch back to donating whole blood due to my thick blood clogging up the needle.

shrift, I'm sorry it was such a difficult experience (also, if you lost some blood, regardless of what happened with it, make sure to have a good lunch, OK?).

ita, I'm sorry to read that. But, the interviewing is behind you now, right? Because of the "was"? So could you just leave it behind you now and just think about something very much else? Not deal?

Sorry about the hard interview.

I really need to give blood again. It's been more than long enough. I've got easy to find veins and I bleed quickly.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

BINAO

Both is not an option.

i.e. BINAO: Orlando Bloom or Viggo Mortensen.

eta: sorry for the hard interview, ita, and the bad blood-letting, shrift.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ugh, shrift.

ita, I hope the hard interview has a good result.

Jesse, you're great, but it's not yet! I need to hand the corrections, have everything approved, finish the bureaucracy - I'm not going to see it as a done deal until I have the proper piece of paper in my hand!

Well, sure. But still!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Either the CTO didn't like me, or that's just how he was. I think the other people liked me, but I feel convinced I whiffed on the programming test. This was harder than interviewing for shrift's employer. And that was...well, I don't work there, do I?

What I want to focus on is that it's been a week since my last ER visit. I'm sure I'll have to go again soon, but my aim is for at least a week between.

It's hard putting the interview out of mind, though.

I'm not allowed to donate blood, because I'm at the minimum allowed weight for that. And I'm O-, so it's really frustrating.

It's hard putting the interview out of mind, though.

I wish there were anything I could do to help.

You being around is good, Nilly! Up side to cranky spellcheckers is that we got a visit.

Special K! A former krav front desk girl was the admin who ushered me around the place. It was good to see her again, even if I called her by the wrong name. Weird to see her wearing so much clothing.
