No offense but that doesn't really sound like seizing the day.
Somehow making the occasional post doesn't feel like a big distraction at work, but really concentrating on something non-work at work I don't think I could do.

I'm on the sofa, coughing at the cat. I sounded so pathetic at work today that my manager sent me home.
I'm Gud - I can dick around on the internet most of the day at work and only feel mildly guilty, but if I sat down and read a novel I would feel guilty. (Note: my coworkers wouldn't know/care.)
