Hi everyone. I had to come by to see how everyone was taking the CA Supreme Court ruling, because it was making me too sad and angry by myself.
I find the ruling is an interesting reminder that even when your rights are GUARANTEED by the constitution, they aren't truly safeguarded if you are a minority. They can still be taken away by a simple majority vote. In another state it might prompt the legislature to go out and do the right thing and make marriage equality the law, but not here in California.
Stop making my feet and ankles swell or I will cut you, Tino.

So far today has been pretty bleh. Started with Nova being a pest around 4:30 this morning, and hasn't really picked up since then.

I have a an hour+ meeting scheduled for 30 minutes before I'm supposed to leave. Fucking Tino and his fucking schedules.
Tino broke my large format duplexing printer because he got miffed and yanked when pulling out a paperjam. A little piece came off. It didn't seem like a particularly important piece, but a few days later it started saying "52 Error: Call for Service" in increasingly strident tones.
Why, Tino, why?
