I've been at work for four hours now. Probably another four hours before I'm finished.
I'm home!
Just in time for sunrise.
Skipping (when will I be able to *not* open a post with that word?) to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Vortex's birthday.
Happy birthday, Vortex! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
Also? 7(!) years ago today? The first Buffista F2F.
[Edited to wave good - night? morning? timelies? - at Tom.]
Happy Birthday, Vortex!
Hippo Birdies, Vortex!
Ugh, Tom, that's a hard work "day".
It looks to be gray and damp this morning, with more scheduled for the afternoon. Guess the grass isn't going to get cut, much.
Happy Birthday, Vortex!
Happy Birthday Vortex!
And...
My cat can't pee again! And we aren't done with the antibiotics, but she missed (I think) a few parts of doses because I started putting it in her food and she may have eaten around it. She got a full dose this AM even though it practically killed me, but I think I am going to have to call on Monday and see if they think the AB's should be extended another week because of this.
Do you think I can give a cat cranberry juice?
Um, Sophia, "can't pee" is a total veterinary emergency, seriously. As in, she could die before Monday if she really can't pee at all.
Signed, had a kidney stone recently.
Sorry- when I say can't pee, I really mean peeing little bits while looking like she wants to pee more (this is the same thing she did when I took her to the vet 2 weeks ago that seemed to be cleared up-- they said she had a staph infection that was causing swelling and urgency-- so I am pretty sure that missing the partial doses caused her to become inflamed again)
