What's changed in your life in the last five years?

In the last five years I:
received the CFA charter
moved continents (moved between them, you understand, not... anyway)
had one last Christmas with my mother
got divorced after 12 years' marriage
moved in with my brother
started online dating
revisited America twice
remarried (in China)
built a new house (or rather paid other people to do it for me)
remarried in China
FAUNAPALOOZA! twice - Phillip Island (penguins!) and Tasmania (echidnas!)
got laid off after 14 years with the one company
created new life.

My 30s have not been dull.

Wow, in the last five years, I

graduated from law school
had a baby (forever changing my identity and how I live my life)
passed the bar
moved twice (NC and PR)
had another baby
got a job, then quit that one and started working for myself
watched Joe deploy to Iraq and come home a second time
became a certified childbirth instructor
greatly improved my Spanish

I have a washer and dryer!

Of course, I can't use them yet, because the electrician hasn't been here, but soon, SOON I can do my laundry without quarters or laundry cards and don't have to share with 22 other households!

I think I'll go to the farmers' market.
