You always think harder is better. Maybe next time I patrol, I should carry bricks and use a stake made out of butter.

Because books.

Then I woke up with conjunctivitis in both eyes!

Me, too! It's so attractive

I'm pretty sure mine is just sinuses run horribly amok -- face aching, headache, congestion, cough, sore throat. I'm getting antibiotics today because my doctor called something in for me, thank god

Not having sick days was worse, really. Rest and fluids is not quite as effective when its just fluids.

Right now is exciting though, I'm finally playing with a band and part of my not resting was this past weekend's rehearsal! Woot!

I'm lucky that I'm a basically strong and healthy person, you know? When my Mother or someone else with poor health gets a bad bug its pretty dangerous and it can take them literally months to fully recover.

I'll feel like hell, but other than the first two nights with fever dreams and taking a bus back from Bamboozle a little delerious (either of which would have been alieviated by not being alone) its never actually frightening. I'm going to get better. The chances of this becoming dangerous are quite small. I'll probably have a lingering cough for a couple of weeks since this was a pretty bad one, but I don't have much likelyhood of that becoming chronic.

Right now I mostly want to sleep. And learn chord progressions.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Trudy I am sorry you don't have health insurance and , even worse no sick days.

Being one of those where a a cold can become something horrid -- I treat all illness like death disease. It seems to work.

In good news, it look like one more CC will be paid off this month.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I feel like it was in this thread at some point that we had a conversation about the first season of America's Next Top Model, and how the first season was never rerun. Oxygen is doing a marathon of it on Sunday.
