Oh my. Maybe suggest 311 next time?

Oh they learn all about 911 in school, I guess, so that cat is out of the bag. I think the voice on the other end scared him from doing it again anytime soon. I also told him that they have now logged our phone number as making a non-emergency call to them, so they have a record of it and know what he did. Hopefully that will be a deterent. I figure the worst case is police really come out and give him a talking to about minding his mom and not calling 911. That would scare him shitless. which while not great for a kid who is scared of so much just under his outward shell, but it might be necessary at some point.
Kat, iPlay makes training pants down to 18M - from the pictures here they look basically identical to iPlay swim diapers. (Which I love.)
oof, msbelle. I hope the deterrent works.
Overheard a few seconds ago:
Olivia: "I'm Iceman! I freeze you with lots and lots of ice!"
Owen: "NOOOOOOO! Mooooom! Tell Olivia not to freeze me!"
I've never been so torn between annoyed and proud in my life.
Tell Owen, he just has to be Batman and he can have Alfred activate the warming mechanism in his batsuit remotely from the control cneter in the batcave, Mr. Freeze is no match for Batman and his gadgets.
Oof, that's rough, msbelle. Hopefully he did learn something this time.
I think my brother threatened to do that, but I don't know if he did. It was a little more onerous with the dial phone, that's for sure.
How is it that Loki can get IN the duvet, but can't get OUT? I swear, I have it pinned shut and he managed to find the one slightly wider spot and get in. Nothing like having a kitten who needs his claws trimmed wild and trapped in your comforter at 6:30 am. (Not panicked, just wild.)

You know what makes this especially hilarious? He's wearing his Batman pjs.
Obviously, my children's geek heritage is strong.

When I was about that age, my father worked for the Office for Children, so I could threaten them with the actual regulation for abused children. "I'm going to file a [whatever] on you!" Nice. (Note: I never actually did that.)
Skipping (and sorry for being almost - but thankfully, not quite - late), in order to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Glamcoockie's birthday.
Happy birthday, GC! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!
HAppy Birthday GC!
