We used to have Fudrucker's in PA. I like Red Robin burgers, for chains, and I used to love the burgers at Silver Spurs in NYC, on Broadway and ... Eighth, maybe?

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
In SF, there is (was?) a really good burger place on 24th in Noe Valley. I don't remember the name, though....
We've got a chain here in Jax, The Loop, that makes a good burger-- a nice black and bleu, which is my favorite burger, especially if you add the peppered bacon for that full artery-clogging experience. Good onion rings, too.
For a national chain, I think Applebee's has currently got some of the best burgers, at least around here.
I'm fairly sure I've seen Fudrucker's around here somewhere.
I've never had the bleu cheese burger at Father's Office but it's oft mentioned.
Them I've heard of too, and good things.
For a good, simple, burger Apple Pan is a great choice. And wonderful apple pie to round things off.
I am nearing a state of job search panic. Could someone here do me a favour and get me a job as a technical project manager or a business analyst or combination thereof in the Greater LA area? I work hard and flexibly.

Plus you get french fries automatically when you sit down.

Was it Barney's Gourmet Hamburgers?
I'm partial to the Burger Joint in SF, but that's at least partially sentiment.
There's definitely still a Fuddrucker's in Concord. I haven't eaten there in ages, but I go past it fairly often.
Oh, as far as chains go, what about Nation's Giant Burgers? Those are really good. And have pie, though I don't know if it's really good pie as I am a-feared of restaurant pie in general.
Or, you know, Fatburger, since we're way out west.
Was it Barney's Gourmet Hamburgers?
Yep, that's them.
I like in-n-out burgers, but Baldie's, a local dinner and Jack's, a local brew pub both have very good burgers
Oh, my god, I want a hamburger for dinner. But I don't know where or what "Nage" is in Delaware, and I'm off today and not suitably dressed for much but drive through.

I am slain by the gorgeousness that is Ryan, bt.
There are Fuddrucker's in Utah. They're not bad, much better than Red Robin, but a couple of local places kick their butt. Burger Supreme and Rocky Mountain Drive Inn here in Provo, and the Crown Burger mini-chain in Salt Lake.
