I think there's pain reliever in the dayquil, I don't know what the word is on mixing it with advil though...
I think you can combine acetaminophen and ibuprofen.

In double-blind tests, people were unable to distinguish pâté from dogfood.

You can take 4 if you need to, just space the doses out every 6-8 hours. (Didn't I give this advice last night? I'm a cyber-shaman!)
