Where is the natter?
I'm busy constructing our lineup for today's Little League game.
We're 1-9. Yesterday we had twice as many errors (6) as hits (3). My poor pitcher threw a great game, and we gave up five unearned runs behind him.
Emmett's my only player who consistently executes in the games, though they're all pretty enthusiastic and trying hard. But the losing streak has definitely taken its toll on some of the players who are getting sullen and muttering "we suck" in the dugout.
Of course, it's the guy who is most sullen who made the most errors and boneheaded plays yesterday.
