That's not good ita, not good at all. You did not need to go to the doctor in order to not be comfortable, I'm sure you could have managed that on your own.
Anything I can do to help?
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

yuck, ita. No good on the discomfort. Poor thing.
I can't believe I've squandered another perfectly good day.
Also, The 10% failure rate. Ugh. What irks me even more than that is if someone promised me a 90% chance of winning the lottery everytime I played, I'd be thrilled. 10% = not perfect of course, but good lord, better than your odds of 50% otherwise!
Comfort and ease ~ma to ita.
Hey Sparky, I meant to tell you. The former manager of chateau animaux, the lovable Jay, is opening a kid's consignment shop a block and a half from my house. It will be open 1st-ish of March.
It's called Monkey's Uncle, and they are doing it all 'green'.
I'm sure Takoma has great shops too, but I know this one is going to be great.
IME, Christian teen events were hotbeds of nookie.

me too over here. Okay, I got one syllabus written but that isn't enough work to justify having come in today. Oh well.
My Christian teen (now 24 year old) half-brother was deeply offended when his parents gave him 3 condoms in his Xmas stocking one year (I think he was 21). He got engaged last summer and I do wonder if they've "done it." Does engaged count?
Timelies all!
Heading to Atlanta(well, the area near the airport) tomorrow for a con. First con of the year!
Does engaged count?
Well, it's betrothed, which is very close, and nobody apparently gave Joseph the stink-eye while he travelled with his about-to-pop betrothed.

People in general seem to have no ideas what odds and percentages mean, which is one reason for popularity of lotteries. What's really sad is when that leads to really bad decisions. A friend's sister was diagnosed when I was, but refused to take tamoxifen because it may triple the chance of uterine cancer. That's true. About 2% of tamoxifen users are diagnosed with uterine cancer, as opposed to about .6% of women in general. Tamoxifen appears to reduce the rate of breast cancer recurrence by up to 50%. There's absolutely no contest. And yes, she did have a recurrence.
Among the tamoxifen users, 17, or 1.9 percent, developed endometrial cancer compared to only four, or 0.6 percent, of those who didn't use tamoxifen.
So I come home from yet another day from hell and discover I forgot to give MK his shot this morning. TODAY=ALL FAIL.
At least for me.
ita, I hope you find a comfy position soon.
