Don't worry, we're sure to spot Faith first. She's like this cleavagy slut-bomb walking around 'Ooh, check me out, I'm wicked-cool, I'm five-by-five.'

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Hurrah for the BabyTea!

Dana, I'm sorry the goggy wasn't a keeper, but I think you're right to seek a happier home for him. Since whatever you end up with is a starter-dog for you, a mellower, less neurotic pooch is the way to go....

In other news, thanks to the So Delicious Coconut Milk from the dairy case at Whole Foods, I will be having my first breakfast bowl of Corn Flakes in at least 15 years if not more.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

He was such a sweet little boy for his grandparents this afternoon. (On which note, it's so good having them here right now. When I got home from the hospital around 8:30, there was a home-cooked meal awaiting me.)

sara - we can work out storage situations this weekend.

BTW - you were in my anxiety dream ( not sure what prompted it) last night. There was a house involved, but it was not your actual house. I kept breaking things.

Dana - sorry about the dog.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Half of my office is out on vacation and I have *no* motivation to do any work.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I got to work in a great mood, but am afraid my boss is going to be back on the rampage, after a day out of the office yesterday. I am working on a theory that the louder she is in general, the worse it is for us. I just heard her screaming good morning to someone, and then when she walked by me, she didn't say hi, so I think the theory may be valid... Good times.

I am so far behind on so many different fronts I am kinda whirling in a state of where the hell do I start. I think I am going to do 1 think from the pile to my left, then one thing from my email inbox - then repeat until lunch and re-evaluate then.

Now tagless for your comfort.

AWESOME!

Headache this morning. Off to yoga--I hope it helps.

Plei still frightens me.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Plei still frightens me.

Well, yeah.

“Not dead yet!”

I am currently impossibly earwormed with the Ellen Greene/Kristin Chenoweth version of "Birdhouse in Your Soul."

It's a great song, but it sounds too freakin' cheerful for what I'm trying to write at the moment. ARGH.
