I'm debating what to teach tomorrow. I think I'll show part of Hamlet as it is Armenian Genocide Day and we have an earthquake drill so getting anything real done seems like an impossibility. That being said, it's less than 2 weeks to the AP test and my kids aren't ready. UGH.

I haven't heard back from the internship place since Sunday, so I'm provisionally accepting that it won't be going forward -- which could be a bit of relief....
I did that when I heard I got my first newspaper job. I broke my toe.

Dear Universe, I would like a week-long staycation, with the caveat that everyone else in my house has to go to work/school/daycare on their usual schedule. I am okay with the cat staying home as long as she doesn't barf. The fish is golden. If you grant me this I promise not to kill anyone or yell at my husband or children from a whole week. Thank you, flea.
I wanna stay home with the cats and read. Sadly, not an option.
How much do you tip movers? 4 guys+ the guy.
I think I tipped in cash 10-15 of the total. I always had $200-300 in cash on hand the day of the move, as well as a ton of cooled water, plastic glasses and some fruit.
ION - flea's dream is my dream also, a week off with mac on a normal schedule would be so toally awesome. SO awesome in fact that I am contemplating asking for unpaid time off in May or June to do that exact thing.
