Thanks, Sue! Some people are making some noise about us having a national Canadian organization, but I don't think it really makes sense -- especially when I see that most funding is provincial, not federal. BTW, I love 1 800 O-Canada.

Jesse, I think that some of the funding is Federal, and they download the administration of it onto provincial bodies, making the whole thing completely confusing.
That makes sense -- a lot of federal money works that way here, too. It still means you have to apply for it on state/provincial or even local level.
