I don't give a good gorram about relevant, Wash. Or objective. And I ain't so afraid of losing something that I ain't gonna try to have it. You and I would make one beautiful baby. And I want to meet that child one day. Period.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Neat site with retro ads for cars, movies, different products.

This ad is just so simple and straightforward: [link]

I think the '58 Edsel was an attractive car: [link]

I have one of these, except it's a '59 convertible: [link]

You could land a small plane on it.

Spiricom Technical Manual - An Electromagnetic-Etheric Systems Approach to Communications with Other Levels of Human Consciousness

i.e. a technical manual on how to communicate with the dead.

Huh. It credits five people with authorship. One is a doctor. One is dead (the doctor). He "departed his physical body May 31, 1967. First two-way voice contact via Spiricom April 16, 1980."

It reminds me of Kermit's genius ad campaign in The Muppets Take Manhattan: "Soap - It Gets You Clean."

Now tagless for your comfort.

My story is unremarkable. Inadequate precautions were made and then a marriage that was likely to happen anyway was fast tracked to beat my appearance. Worked out for my parents and it's easy to remember which anniversary it is every year.

I was 18 before I figured out that my sister's 28th birthday fell just five months after my parent's 28th wedding anniversary.

My mom was a mother at 18, a grandmother at 36 and a great grandmother at 56. If my niece's daughter continues the pattern and my mom lives another 10 years, she'll be a great-great grandmother at 74.

I wish I had free ice cream.

Interestingly, adding the Violent Femmes into my Pandora station that used to give me all 80s music has, in addition to improving my 80s music, started to pull in 90s music. Apparently Pandora thinks the Violent Femmes were ahead of their time.

I wish I had free ice cream.

I'd mail you some except for three things. One, I currently lack the drive to buy ice cream and mail it. Two, I don't know where you live. Three, the ice cream would probably be suboptimal by the time it got there.
