So, what's for lunch today?

I had tilapia with mango salsa, brown rice, and lots of green beans. Not too shabby from the cafeteria! (It was either that or chicken caesar salad, which is also not too bad, but didn't have the level of veggie that I was looking for.)

I had a ham and cheese panino. I was trying to figure out the perfect thing to eat in a non-lunch-meeting meeting, and I think I came pretty close.

Oh, Scrappy, I'm so sorry. I know this was not unexpected, but... it's always sudden.

I could get a tilapia sandwich, but it comes with much tartar sauce - I don't know if I want that much mayo-based substance in my lunch.

Maybe I'll have a salad or sushi from Dominicks....

I'm having Jesse salad -- mixed grains from TJ's, feta, parsley, tomatoes, & olives. and some hummos, crackers, & carrots.
