omg Bloomberg inc, I hate you and your million and one half bills. Also? do not email one day about a late bill, send a new copy of the late bill AND THEN cut off service 2 days later without telling me that was the plan. payment turn around is more than 2 days, even on a fast track. grrr.

Medical paperwork is a pain. I just opened ten envelopes from my insurance company and various doctors, and exactly three of them contained something that I had to do something with. The rest were all "This is to acknowledge receipt of your recently submitted claim" or something like that. And, my personal favorite, an envelope containing two sheets of paper apologizing for having sent me the same bill twice.

I go to physical therapy once a week. And every single time, they have to send me a paper acknowledging that I went. Then another one that says "Explanation of Benefits -- This is Not a Bill!" Then, finally, a bill. So, three separate mailings a week, just from physical therapy stuff.
