What do y'all think of when you hear "brunch"?
I've got a day to put together one for 15 to 30 people (or five!) and right now all I'm hearing is quiche. A day is probably too late to get something like that catered?
Omelets and mimosas are the foremost things I think of in relation to "brunch." Smoked salmon and bagels probably fit in there somewhere too.
Quiche is the easiest thing to serve a group, but yeah, it could be all kinds of things.
Holy crap, I just realized Jon and Kate are younger than me.
Also for brunch any kind of egg-based casserole is good.
