Let's see. Love the Susan Boyle story, hate Patti Lupone and Bernadette Peters, hated Les Mis for a long time because one of my college roommates played it constantly senior year, but eventually fell in love and even got a hold of a recording in the original French.
Most importantly, Happy Birthday to beth b!
ETA: I'm ignoring Jesse.
Sorry, Burrell. You know middle aged is the new young, right?? (Anyway, in truth, in my head only 50s are middle aged, but I don't think that makes sense, so....)
Oh, megan, I'm so glad you're here. I just saw an apartment listing that said the place has a "unique French style bathroom arrangement." There were no pictures. Any ideas??
It probably means a bathroom like the house I just moved from, where the toilet is in a separate room, i.e., a water closet.
Is that so unusual? I know people suck in their use of "unique," but still.

I do! Mainly because I'm in my 40s, granted, but...
I don't know how old middle aged is!
Hey, you introduced the term, not me. I was just wondering how old (or not) said Mexican gentleman might be.
It's okay, Jesse. I'm fine with being middle aged, I just worry sometimes about when that midlife crisis is going to hit.
Any ideas??
No doubt someone has already said it, but a bidet?
Sondheim is the only context where I like Bernadette Peters. For realz.
Happy Birthday to Beth!!!!
I got to see Megan's dad's program from Kezar and it was way cool.

Oh, I think mine may be imminent with my 40th.
Msbelle, when you have cats those dust bunnies can form in minutes. I vacuumed a week ago, but if you looked in the corners of my living room, you'd think it had been months.
Am making cupcakes.
I would say the creepy guy in the park was in his 50s, but maybe he was younger -- he had bad skin and teeth, which possibly muddied the waters.
