I like books. I just don't want to take on too much. Do they have an introduction to the modern blurb?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I have to work tomorrow. But I can't really complain - generally I have to come in on a weekend about once every few years. My boss and I are going to set up a server for a client. If all goes well, it'll only take an hour....

Trying to finish up the apartment for the big inspection coming up (aka my sister's visit): getting rid of the last few boxes, stocking the liquor cabinet, finding hardware for the picture rails, making semi-final decisions about where things go.

Also? Packing for my trip Monday.

And that was with sleep aids, of which I have no more. I have a script filled, but feel like too much crap so far to go get them. I have hours, though.

So sucky, ita. I wish I were close enough to go get the scripts for you.

This is the second Friday in a row that my office smells like someone is cooking Mexican food nearby. It's much too early for me to be this hungry for lunch.
