I didn't go to bed until after 2 am, and then woke up just before my alarm went off at 6. Gronk. At least I'm here early enough (even though I don't have to do the morning load today--the regular loader is back at work this morning) that I can leave by 4.

I might even stop by the grocery store on the way home.

She reminds me of my high school girlfriend. Who wasn't a grifter, but who would make up all these bizarre stories and be very convincing to everyone about them. She did tell me and one or two other people that she had cancer - it was this whole strange story that her parents didn't know and her cancer Dr. was writing it off as research so he wasn't billing her.

My house was empty for about 10 days while I painted and I had the bedroom floors refinished. I did bring a stereo and bottled water...but it was like going to a job for that first week. Go to the new house and paint and go home to my apartment and crash at night.
