No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Damn. I'm trying to file my taxes online, and while I was able to finish the federal tax through my company's software, they were going to charge me $12.95 to file my state taxes (the federal is free since I work here), so I went over to the Illinois revenue website to file. No can do--they're all booked up!

I have to be here at 6:45 in the morning to do a morning load, so I think I'll just file as soon as I get that done.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Damn, I didn't even know this was online. From Life Magazine online, a 1960 photo of JFK, Hubert Humphrey, my grandfather and my dad. Hubert H. Humphrey; John F. Kennedy

This particular photo was never in Life magazine.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

SO COOL!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, I always used to end up getting my federal filed for free but paying for my state. These days I need slightly more, so I pay for both, but it's not much and it makes it so easy it's worth it. I'm lazy; they have a good business model by already having all my info. I just have to update a few things and I'm done every year.

In completely unrelated news, I'm just catching up on Castle and I didn't know I was going to get to see Aldis! Mmm, Aldis.

Also, hee to the WRITER bulletproof vest. And also to "Kitten". Hee.

Wow, there's more here: [link] plus variations on the photo they used on the cover (of just JFK and Humphrey, with our barn and silo behind them.)

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Gah. Why am I so scared about this interview? I already know everyone. The stakes are just so high.
