Loki's just discovered the cabinet top over the fridge and is loving sleeping up there (I just hauled him down, otherwise he'd never come down.) Too bad it doesn't exist at the new place! But there are STAIRS there.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

My friend P. found a kitty in his house.

Hee. Yeah, I expect Devi will be freaked out enough I can pull out the laser for Loki and not get interference. I feel bad knowing she's going to be scared witless, but I think it might also break her cycle of hate towards the other cats for long enough she gets over that.

I've got to remember to lattice over the crawlspace in the basement before they can get down there.

And there will be babygates. (Mister Kitty is tottery enough I worry.)

I think your friend needs to adopt a tabby siamese who is very friendly.

Kitty came back this morning, and has left again. But friend has purchased cat food, so I think he may have been adopted.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

My friend P. found a kitty in his house.

Just as I was saying to the screen "Why don't you pet the cute kitty?!" the caption came up saying he didn't want to pet it without a note from the vet. Then he let the cat wander his house--I'm guessing he wasn't all that concerned about health issues!

A very pretty stray. I hope he does adopt it, it seemed very friendly!

The flopping reminds me of Loki (and that cat looks to be about the same age, < 1 year.) He just...falls over. First time he did that, as Ms. Louise's, I wondered if he had some neurological issue. Nope, just happy and confident and FLOP PET ME. He now FLOPS on my face in the morning. Which is a bit of a shock now that he's 12+lbs.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Jeeves does the FLOP thing, too. His favorite thing is to stand on the arm of a chair and just flop into someone's lap to be petted.
