I caught her on a park bench, making out with a *chaos* demon! Have you ever seen a chaos demon? They're all slime and antlers.

I'm throwing out my college education. I figure after 12 years, I haven't touched this stuff, why do I still have it. Uhg.

I have achieved apartment and (apparently) free wireless.

All I can say about the move is juliana is a saint, and and angel, and a goddess.

Go megan! And yay for awesome juliana. I love the b.org moving force.

In my news about me, I just got a notice that there is e coli in my water! They don't know how it got there and they expect to have it resolved in four days (4!) and we should boil our water until further notice.

I'm still packing. 3 trips to the dumpster, one large box full of stuff to go to goodwill and 2 printers. I had no idea I still had them.

Also, I have 8 empty milkcrates. I'm thinking of packing cleaning supplies in them.

Liese, WTF? That sucks.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Right?!!

I'm all, I don't want fecal matter in my water. I'm pretty sure.

Fortunately, we're a bit neurotic and we have lots of stored water. But it puts rather a massive bump in my plans for Easter dinner.

I still need to buy some distilled, I think. Because we used to have those big containers with the pull out spouts, and those are just so much easier for brushing teeth and washing hands. I stuck 2 liters at all the sinks, but it's awkward to manage.

And I put some of the freezer bottles out to thaw for cold drinking water.

But four days is a long time to figure out, especially if I decide I'm paranoid enough not to want to just boil.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh yuck, Liese!

You are on public water, not well (or truck!) now? That sucks.

Hate water issues. I've always known I had them, but that point is being driven home of late. (Oh, I now have a new ceiling in the kitchen. And a new drainspout. And the basement stayed dry this rain with the mods they made. I guess I should be glad the rain started after I'd made an offer but before close, right??? And that the seller, while being weird and slow to get started is now bending over backwards to make sure everything is in tiptop order. God, I'm going to be so paranoid with every storm. Even with a new roof to alleviate all of these issues.)

Uhg. Sorry, I can't seem to shut up about the house.

Now that the cabinets and counters are largely cleared off, Loki is really into exploring them.

Goodwill isn't going to be open on easter sunday, is it...crap. I remembered Target wouldn't, but forgot beyond that.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

What can I do for a toothache until I can see a dentist? All the teeth on my left lower jaw hurt really bad. If I brush my teeth, the pain goes away for half an hour, then comes back just as bad. I've never had anything like this.
