So I'm a blinds person for window cover. I might put in curtains for aesthetics, but I'm a blinds person. How do 2 inch white faux-wood blinds sound for ....all the windows? Simple, classic, light blocking ,unobtrusive. I was thinking maybe honeycomb for the western windows, but eh. At some point, blocking the light wholly is as effective as the insulation. For the french doors, I might do something else. I like wood tones, but right now, I need privacy and blocking and not really sure I want to put in anything other than white.

I think wood tones that match the floor would look nice and be just as neutral.
I just finished watching last night's Criminal minds. Was anyone else a little weirded out that the unsub looked like Spencer?
All the windows is good for making the house look good from the outside as well as inside. Love wood tones, neutral with an earthy feel, mixes great with everything. White would give an airy clean feel with a touch of elegance.
I've been earthy so long I'm thinking of going for white on white for the new apartment, especially since it's small. Any help I can get with giving the place a clean feeling, as messy as I am, would be a boon.
Crap part about New Place is that it's much smaller, so I need new furniture that is more streamlined. My mother is so excited about a new place to interior-design, and I iz so broke, I think I'll just let her do all the choosing and therefore buying.
I definitely noticed it, Perkins.
But wood tones would be darkening. I like light. I like the idea of blinds matching the honey of the floor, but.
White it is!
(Darkening is okay if you have the space and enough windows to counteract it). I couldn't tell how big the rooms really were, but my impression is that the space was decent. Of course it'll be a different equation with furniture and carpets and wall art and wall colour.
Is the trim in your rooms natural or painted? If it was painted, I would say white. If it was natural, I would say go wood tones.
Is Gmail gone wonky for anyone else?
Trim is all white. Layers and layers of white.
I think we were supposed to see that, Perkins, and be a little wigged by it.
