Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Easter Bunny knit dissection

Describing this delightful Etsy item, Bill sez, "Apparently the Easter Bunny was killed in a tragic accident at a Peep factory and he donated his body to science. Finally, an answer to mystery of the origins of Easter eggs!"

Zak Efron song from High School Musical 2, with the music replaced by Wuthering Heights. I am finding it hysterical.

Oh, so funny. I am having visions of early teen me emoting that song into her hairbrush. I also kind of want to see those scenes redone to The Hills Are Alive.

Basically, everyone needs to suck it up and get with the fucking program, is what.

This is my workplace right very now. Except I'm on vacation. But they all still need to be doing that.

They're using Dogs to help track whales.

I read that as "weasels" first and wondered why we needed to track them...

Did I mention vacation? Because I'm on one. Well, staycation I guess. Bottom line - no work!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I hope you are actually vacationing, because my boss is on vacation too, but won't stop checking email!

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

It would be nice to report that Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is hilarious all the way through, but no. Its one-joke conceit (but very good one-joke conceit) carries it farther than you'd expect, but not all the way to the end.

This is so true. I just finished Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I loved Pride and Prejudce when in high school. And I loved the weird zombie aspect because it was funny and still sort of true. The Balls jokes were a bit much though.

Hee, no I really am. I did have to schedule a couple of reviews for Monday, but those are done, so I'm outta there, and they are free of me for the week. But the program still needs to be getting gotten with!! I grow weary.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I'm sorry about Ozzie, Perkins.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Anti-procrastination manifesto. I think. I'll finish reading it in a second.
