Mmm. Everyone else's dinners are better than mine. I'm having garlic & yogurt pasta. Again. Without the pine nuts, because I forgot them. There's really nothing redeeming about it, except that it's quick and easy to make and good for nights like tonight because the SO won't eat it, but he's not eating at home today.

Leftover vegetarian shepherd's pie (homemade). Still good the second night.
IF it helps, your dinner beats mine, Liese.
Mine, too.
Everyone else's dinners are better than mine.
Not mine. My goal is to finish the two pancakes I tried to eat for breakfast and lunch. My appetite has run off with my ability to sleep to have fat lazy babies somewhere very far away from me.
I gotta pull the trigger on insurance this week. Uhg.
Hee. I do actually have buttered noodles available, too. So yay for my culinary mastery.
It appears I've gotten really lazy in the kitchen since we moved here and the SO fell in love with cooking. Which is fine with me, 'cause he's learning to be a great cook! Except for when he's not here!
DH and I started a diet today, so it's Lean Cuisine pizza for me.
I ate popcorn for dinner, but I made a couscous salad for tomorrow and future dinners that I posted about in livejournal.
Oooh, I want Dana's dinner, lots! Though I'm not sure what honey polenta involves...I like plain polenta...
My dinner will probably be the same as my lunch, trader joe's spinach thin crust pizzas (little personal size pizza/pita things with some spinach on top) with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on top. It's yum, and simple. And then I'm heading off to trivia, so I'll probably add...beer ($2.50 microbrew night!). :)
