Andy Hallett's death is quite shocking. And sad.
--------------------------------
IOverypettyN, I really want a ticket for something tonight, and the universe, portrayed by evil bitch from the Student Council, won't let me have it and give my false info about how and when can I get one. And the show is tonight.
It's been 15 minutes since my statistics class was about to start. TA is still nowhere to be seen.
Time for me to get out and about and question people if that means free time/find out if a computer fell on her on her way to class, right?
I hope you got your class if not your show, Shir.
I also hoped it was much later. This is too early to be so awake.
No class, and seems like there won't be a show either.
I'll try my best to get a ticket.
What's keeping you from sleeping?
I have headache-induced insomnia. Or just a headache. I'm gonna try another sleep med and see how it goes.
Enjoy!
Good luck and good night, ita.
I just found out a friend from college had a heart attack yesterday. What's with nifty people having heart problems at a young not-old age? Gawd, 2009, give it a rest already.
My brother, who is two years younger than me, has had two heart attacks -- how's that for old-feeling?
(Mysteries of genetics, though -- his identical twin is just fine, but there's enough life differences/dietary differences/absence of substance abuse that it really turns out to make a difference.)
So horrifically sad about Andy Hallett. Makes me feel old (or at least very, very mortal).
Not that this cold is helping. The ick is on the move from my chest to my head. Do. Not. Want.
It's been 15 minutes since my statistics class was about to start. TA is still nowhere to be seen.
When I was in college, the unwritten rule was 10 minutes late for a TA, 15 minutes for an assistant professor and 20 minutes for a full professor. I still remember one beautiful spring day when everyone in my German class gathered up books when the TA was 9 minutes late and then, without saying a word, sprang for the door.
I hope you're asleep, ita.
